Em parceria com a Prosper Tech Talents, a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 est\u00e1 com as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es abertas e ser\u00e1 voltada para as linguagens de programa\u00e7\u00e3o de Java e React.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa a\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte da jornada da Ambev para gerar mais oportunidades de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, emprego e renda. Recentemente a companhia tamb\u00e9m lan\u00e7ou o BORA, programa com o qual pretende impactar 5 milh\u00f5es de pessoas at\u00e9 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo Sic\u00edlia Pierre, respons\u00e1vel pela \u00e1rea de Programas Corporativos do BEES, a iniciativa vem ao encontro de uma abordagem cada vez mais proativa quando o assunto \u00e9 construir um ecossistema de tecnologia diverso. &#8220;Sabemos da import\u00e2ncia de construir times mais inclusivos e com pessoas diversas, hist\u00f3rias diversas. E investir em formar essas pessoas \u00e9 fundamental. Tem muita gente boa no mercado que s\u00f3 precisa de uma oportunidade, e \u00e9 isso que a gente quer trazer&#8221;, pontua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como pr\u00e9-requisitos para se inscrever no Programa \u00e9 preciso ser uma mulher preta ou parda, possuir ensino m\u00e9dio completo, residir em Campinas e regi\u00e3o e ter disponibilidade para atuar em modelo h\u00edbrido caso seja contratada. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 importante que haja disponibilidade para participar de, ao menos, 75% da forma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para o tech Afro Pretas podem ser realizadas at\u00e9 o dia 09 de abril, pelo link:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/talents.sharerh.com\/bees-tech-afro-pretas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/talents.sharerh.com\/bees-tech-afro-pretas<\/a>.
