Com o enfraquecimento cada vez maior da pandemia, o retorno do aquecimento do mercado e a maior circula\u00e7\u00e3o de capital, a tend\u00eancia \u00e9 que o n\u00famero de neg\u00f3cios cres\u00e7a. Para Kerley Reis, Master Regional da RE\/MAX Grupo Bahia, a expectativa de crescimento \u00e9 de 37% em 2023. A empresa \u2013 que representa no estado o maior grupo imobili\u00e1rio do mundo \u2013 espera aumentar de 40 para 55, o n\u00famero de franqueados. Com isso, na ponta final do atendimento ao cliente, o n\u00famero de corretores associados passaria de 450 para 650; representando tamb\u00e9m oportunidade de emprego e renda.<br><br><em>\u201cO mercado imobili\u00e1rio est\u00e1 aquecido e segue em crescente nesses \u00faltimos anos. Em 2022, abrimos 12 novas lojas e para 2023 esperamos ter mais 15. A Bahia tem sido destaque no cen\u00e1rio nacional. No ano passado, movimentamos algo que ultrapassou os 500 milh\u00f5es de reais em transa\u00e7\u00f5es imobili\u00e1rias. Para esse ano, acredito que passaremos dos 800 milh\u00f5es\u201d<\/em>, conta Kerley.<br><br>Com isso, Kerley alcan\u00e7ar\u00e1 um objetivo importante, que \u00e9 realizar, na Bahia, a m\u00e9dia de uma transa\u00e7\u00e3o imobili\u00e1ria a cada 1 hora e meia. No Brasil, esse tempo gira em torno de meia hora. A expans\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios se dar\u00e1 em duas diferentes frentes, atuando tanto na capital quanto no interior do estado. Em Salvador, j\u00e1 est\u00e3o previstas novas lojas nos bairros da Gra\u00e7a, Pituba, Caminho das \u00c1rvores, Imbu\u00ed e Itaigara ainda neste primeiro trimestre.
