Os dois locutores decidiram n\u00e3o renovar contrato com a emissora e refor\u00e7ar\u00e3o a equipe da plataforma de streaming “Paramount” para as transmiss\u00f5es da Libertadores e da Copa Sul-Americana. A sa\u00edda dos jornalistas foi noticiada pelo portal “Not\u00edcias da TV” e confirmada pelo LANCE!.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo o portal, o convite aos narradores foi enviado pelo executivo Eduardo Zebini, com passagens pela “Record” e pelo “Fox Sports”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jo\u00e3o Guilherme chegou ao Fox Sports em 2011. Ap\u00f3s a fus\u00e3o dos canais esportivos da Disney, em 2020, o narrador passou a narrar jogos tamb\u00e9m na ESPN. Prieto, que assinou com a Fox Sports em 2015, passou pelo mesmo processo que o colega de profiss\u00e3o.

O contrato de Jo\u00e3o Guilherme se encerra no final de 2022 e, por motivos pessoais, o jornalista decidiu dar um novo rumo \u00e0 carreira. Tamb\u00e9m por escolha pessoal, Nivaldo Prieto decidiu encerrar sua parceria com o canal no fim do m\u00eas.
