Ambos os recursos ser\u00e3o repassados em 30 de dezembro e creditados na conta do munic\u00edpio em janeiro de 2023, o que impacta no fechamento do exerc\u00edcio financeiro e cont\u00e1bil de 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelo tr\u00e2mite normal, o cr\u00e9dito financeiro s\u00f3 ocorre no m\u00eas seguinte, o que impossibilita o uso da verba para pagar obriga\u00e7\u00f5es assumidas ainda em 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cEssa antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o possibilita o fechamento das contas anuais com assertividade, porque os valores ficam vinculados ao ano em que foi efetivamente creditado na conta da prefeitura. Esses recursos s\u00e3o muito importantes para o fechamento de contas de final do ano dos munic\u00edpios, que j\u00e1 vivem em dificuldade or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e t\u00eam entre as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas do per\u00edodo o pagamento do 13\u00ba sal\u00e1rio dos servidores\u201d<\/em>, disse o presidente da UPB e prefeito de Jequi\u00e9, Z\u00e9 Coc\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No of\u00edcio a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica da UPB explica que \u201cse o ingresso dessas receitas, pertencentes ao atual exerc\u00edcio financeiro, somente ocorrer no exerc\u00edcio subsequente, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o computadas para esse exerc\u00edcio, o que impactar\u00e1 na observ\u00e2ncia, pelos munic\u00edpios, dos limites de gasto com pessoal, previsto na Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Uni\u00e3o dos Munic\u00edpios da Bahia (UPB) enviou of\u00edcio, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (29), ao secret\u00e1rio da Fazenda, Manoel Vit\u00f3rio, e ao governador Rui Costa solicitando que sejam antecipados os repasses da \u00faltima cota-parte do ICMS e do FUNDEB.
