Mais do que uma troca de nome e logotipo, a mudan\u00e7a representa uma guinada definitiva na estrat\u00e9gia de conte\u00fado da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bA emissora, que na TV aberta disputava audi\u00eancia principalmente no segmento infantil durante o dia, passar\u00e1 por um processo de \u201camadurecimento\u201d, como classificou Eun-Ky Park, gerente da Disney para a regi\u00e3o. J\u00e1 o hor\u00e1rio nobre (<em>primetime<\/em>) ser\u00e1 inteiramente voltado ao p\u00fablico adulto e jovem-adulto (acima de 16 anos), trazendo s\u00e9ries de a\u00e7\u00e3o, policiais, document\u00e1rios, filmes&nbsp;<em>live-action<\/em>&nbsp;e blocos dedicados \u00e0s marcas&nbsp;<strong>FX, Marvel Studios e Star Wars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bSegundo a empresa, a inclus\u00e3o desse tipo de conte\u00fado era praticamente imposs\u00edvel sob o antigo selo \u201cDisney Channel\u201d, que mantinha um forte apelo infantil engessado.
