O clima de preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, tens\u00f5es e ansiedades d\u00e1 lugar a um gesto simples e acolhedor. O Caf\u00e9 com Amor, iniciativa da Unidade de Pronto-Atendimento (UPA) Elizabete Dias Marques leva uma dose de carinho e acolhimento a pacientes, familiares e funcion\u00e1rios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pelo menos duas vezes ao dia, de domingo a domingo por volta das 10h e \u00e0s 15h, colaboradores da unidade de urg\u00eancia e emerg\u00eancia visitam os leitos oferecendo um cafezinho acompanhado de mensagens de f\u00e9 e esperan\u00e7a. Tamb\u00e9m cantam e louvam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA proposta \u00e9 simples, mas repleta de significado. E mais do que um gesto de cortesia, o projeto \u00e9 uma verdadeira demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o de empatia e aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao outro\u201d, afirma a diretora da UPA da Queimadinha, Emanuela Souza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com ela, o Caf\u00e9 com Amor reconhece que o cuidado vai al\u00e9m dos procedimentos cl\u00ednicos. \u201cMuitas vezes, quem est\u00e1 em uma unidade de pronto atendimento precisa tamb\u00e9m de conforto emocional, de um olhar gentil, de uma palavra amiga \u2014 de algo que aque\u00e7a o cora\u00e7\u00e3o tanto quanto o corpo\u201d, acrescenta a direta da UPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A iniciativa conta com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o das equipes de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o, Copa, do Grupo de Trabalho de Humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o (GTH), entre outros colaboradores volunt\u00e1rios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c\u00c9 uma iniciativa que promove acolhimento verdadeiro e fortalece os v\u00ednculos entre equipe e comunidade.
