E confirmou a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo Centro Industrial, local indicado na proposta apresentada pelo deputado. \u201cEstou muito satisfeito com a repercuss\u00e3o da nossa proposta. N\u00f3s lan\u00e7amos no dia 12 de dezembro de 2024 atrav\u00e9s de uma Indica\u00e7\u00e3o, e que posteriormente, foi divulgado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado. Acompanhei a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o em mais de 20 sites, jornais de circula\u00e7\u00e3o em Feira de Santana como Folha do Estado e na Bahia. Tamb\u00e9m foi tema de discuss\u00e3o no 2\u00ba Simp\u00f3sio da Ind\u00fastria do Sert\u00e3o, que foi realizado na quarta-feira (04), no audit\u00f3rio do Servi\u00e7o Social da Ind\u00fastria (Sesi), no Alto do Cruzeiro. E por \u00faltimo o an\u00fancio do prefeito Jos\u00e9 Ronaldo que est\u00e1 criando incentivos e vendo toda estrutura para a instala\u00e7\u00e3o do CIS\/Norte\u201d, declarou Binho Galinha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amparado em dados coletados do atual estado do CIS\/Sul, o deputado estadual Binho Galinha entende que sem \u00e1reas suficientes para implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de grandes ind\u00fastrias, o parlamentar recomendou que o vetor Norte era o adequado pelo fato de ter vastas \u00e1reas as quais t\u00eam um baixo custo, uma geografia que favorece pouco a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de material, al\u00e9m de dispor de pista dupla como tamb\u00e9m de projeto de uma via perimetral entre o entroncamento de Santa B\u00e1rbara at\u00e9 a BR 324, o que encurtaria dist\u00e2ncia para o aeroporto de Aratu e o aeroporto Internacional de Salvador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Polo industrial<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Feira de Santana possui mais de 640 mil habitantes, com popula\u00e7\u00e3o flutuante de um milh\u00e3o de pessoas, considerada o maior entroncamento rodovi\u00e1rio do Norte e Nordeste do Brasil. A cidade possui um parque industrial pujante, com mais de 1.500 unidades fabris, nos mais diversos segmentos, gerando mais de 30 mil empregos diretos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prefeitura Municipal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O prefeito Jos\u00e9 Ronaldo anunciou no 2\u00ba Simp\u00f3sio que o Governo Municipal est\u00e1 implantando um novo centro industrial na regi\u00e3o Norte da cidade, no trecho a partir da Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santana (UEFS) at\u00e9 o limite do munic\u00edpio de Santa B\u00e1rbara.
