A partir de fevereiro do pr\u00f3ximo ano, a Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal come\u00e7a a pagar o abono salarial para o exerc\u00edcio de 2025. O calend\u00e1rio foi aprovado pelo Conselho Deliberativo do Fundo de Amparo ao Trabalhador (Codefat), em reuni\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria ocorrida na tarde desta quarta-feira (18).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O cr\u00e9dito ser\u00e1 feito de forma escalonada, de acordo com o m\u00eas de nascimento dos trabalhadores. Os que t\u00eam conta corrente ou poupan\u00e7a na Caixa receber\u00e3o direto em sua conta. No Banco do Brasil, o pagamento do benef\u00edcio ser\u00e1 realizado, prioritariamente, por cr\u00e9dito em conta banc\u00e1ria, por meio de PIX, transfer\u00eancia via TED ou, ainda, de forma presencial nas ag\u00eancias de atendimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os demais benefici\u00e1rios receber\u00e3o os valores pela Poupan\u00e7a Social Digital, aberta automaticamente pela Caixa, conforme o calend\u00e1rio de pagamento. Segundo o Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE), a estimativa \u00e9 que cerca de 25,8 milh\u00f5es de trabalhadores recebam o benef\u00edcio, totalizando R$ 30,7 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pelas regras vigentes, para receber o abono salarial, o trabalhador deve ter sido informado pelo empregador na Rela\u00e7\u00e3o Anual de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Sociais (RAIS) at\u00e9 o dia 15 de maio de 2024 e no eSocial at\u00e9 o dia 19 de agosto de 2024. Trabalhadores cujos empregadores tenham prestado as informa\u00e7\u00f5es ap\u00f3s essas datas receber\u00e3o o benef\u00edcio no pr\u00f3ximo exerc\u00edcio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O primeiro pagamento do benef\u00edcio ser\u00e1 realizado em 17 de fevereiro para os trabalhadores nascidos em janeiro, conforme calend\u00e1rio abaixo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A partir de 5 de fevereiro de 2025, os trabalhadores poder\u00e3o consultar se t\u00eam direito ao abono, informou o minist\u00e9rio. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es estar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis na Carteira de Trabalho Digital, no portal G<\/a>ov.br<\/a>, na Central de Atendimento Al\u00f4 Trabalho (telefone 158), com liga\u00e7\u00e3o gratuita das 7h \u00e0s 22h, de segunda a s\u00e1bado, exceto em feriados nacionais, e nas unidades das Superintend\u00eancias Regionais do Trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em 2024, foram liberados R$ 27 bilh\u00f5es para o pagamento do benef\u00edcio. No entanto, ainda est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis R$ 218,9 milh\u00f5es para 239.142 trabalhadores que n\u00e3o sacaram o abono. Eles t\u00eam at\u00e9 o pr\u00f3ximo dia 27 de dezembro para fazer o saque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O que \u00e9 o abono salarial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Institu\u00eddo pela Lei 7.998\/90, o abono salarial equivale ao valor de, no m\u00e1ximo, um sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo, a ser pago conforme calend\u00e1rio anual estabelecido pelo Codefat aos trabalhadores que satisfa\u00e7am os requisitos previstos em lei. Os recursos para pagamento s\u00e3o oriundos do Fundo de Amparo ao Trabalhador (FAT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O abono salarial abrange profissionais da iniciativa privada e servidores p\u00fablicos que trabalharam formalmente por, no m\u00ednimo, 30 dias no ano-base de 2023, com uma remunera\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 dois sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos (R$ 2.640,00). Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio estar inscrito no programa h\u00e1 pelo menos cinco anos e que o empregador tenha fornecido os dados corretos na RAIS ou no eSocial.
