De acordo com o parlamentar feirense, ainda n\u00e3o h\u00e1 uma resposta aos servidores de contratado REDA sobre a renova\u00e7\u00e3o ou n\u00e3o renova\u00e7\u00e3o dos contratos que vencem em mar\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cDiversos servidores da secretaria que fizeram concurso p\u00fablico &#8211; inclusive, com v\u00e1rias etapas para sele\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; est\u00e3o na d\u00favida de qual ser\u00e1 o caminho, permanecer no seu trabalho, ou o encerramento desta etapa. Os servidores precisam organizar suas vidas de outras formas, mas \u00e9 preciso que a Prefeitura Municipal possa dar uma resposta p\u00fablica\u201d<\/em>, argumenta Pedro Am\u00e9rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O concurso REDA (Regime Especial em Direito Administrativo) aconteceu em 2020, para preenchimento de vagas na Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Social (Sedeso) e atividades do Sistema \u00danico de Assist\u00eancia Social (SUAS). A validade vai at\u00e9 mar\u00e7o deste ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o edil, ainda h\u00e1 a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com o funcionamento das unidades socioassistenciais, mantidas por esses servidores. <em>\u201cS\u00e3o eles que est\u00e3o na ponta, no dia a dia, atendendo a popula\u00e7\u00e3o e buscando fazer o seu melhor para que os CRAS, CREAs, abrigos, e outras tantas unidades da SEDESO funcionem. Caso os contratos sejam de fato encerrados, se faz necess\u00e1rio pensar numa estrat\u00e9gia para manter as atividades funcionando dentro da secretaria.
