O Centro de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Assist\u00eancia Toxicol\u00f3gica da Bahia (CIATox-BA) divulgou comunicado alertando e orientando profissionais de sa\u00fade sobre diagn\u00f3stico e tratamento em casos de intoxica\u00e7\u00e3o relacionados \u00e0 droga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o CIATox-BA, dentre os efeitos t\u00f3xicos dessas subst\u00e2ncias \u2013 erroneamente chamadas de \u2018maconha sint\u00e9tica\u2019 &#8211; no organismo, j\u00e1 foram relatados epis\u00f3dios de toxicidade cardiovascular, perda de consci\u00eancia e coma, depress\u00e3o respirat\u00f3ria, convuls\u00f5es, hiper\u00eamese, del\u00edrio, psicose e comportamento agressivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cO diagn\u00f3stico cl\u00ednico de intoxica\u00e7\u00e3o aguda por canabin\u00f3ides sint\u00e9ticos geralmente \u00e9 realizado com base na hist\u00f3ria do uso da droga relatada pelo paciente e nos achados f\u00edsicos compat\u00edveis. At\u00e9 o momento, estas drogas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o detect\u00e1veis nos exames toxicol\u00f3gicos de rotina\u201d,<\/em> orienta o centro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os tratamentos variam de acordo com os casos, que podem ser de leves a moderados, com grande agita\u00e7\u00e3o e at\u00e9 epis\u00f3dios de psicose, convuls\u00f5es, rabdomi\u00f3lise e dor tor\u00e1cica aguda, entre outros. O CIATox-BA alerta que todos os casos suspeitos ou confirmados de intoxica\u00e7\u00e3o por drogas de abuso devem ser notificados.
